At Tshidy's Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds We accept return or refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: skincare products, lip products, wigs, and personal care items that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
